“Kennel needed to feel like a place worth belonging to. Not a desk rental. Not a startup incubator. Something with character, history, and a point of view.”
About the work
Kennel was Singapore’s first co-working space — built for creative entrepreneurs before the term even existed. The brief was to create an identity that felt lived-in and curious, not corporate and clean.
The solution drew from natural history illustration and letterpress printing — giving Kennel a visual language that felt like it had already been around for decades. Illustration, type, and spatial design worked as one system.
